The XCEL Team

Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum

Gymnasts are selected from our class programs or you can schedule a try-out evaluation to join any of Paragon's Teams. The required abilities to become a candidate are: flexibility, strength, maturity, ability to interpret direction and make change, and, of course, passion for the sport.

 

Gymnasts may be placed in one of our pre-competitive levels (Firecrackers, Hot Shots, or Pre-Team), or on one of the beginning competing levels (Level Bronze or Silver).  Competing begins as early as 5 years old at Level Bronze.

School Year (September - June) practices:

Bronze: Monday and Wednesday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Silver: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Gold, Diamond, Platinum: Monday and Wednesday 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Summer (July and August) practices:

Bronze/Silver: Tuesday & Thursday 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Gold/Diamond/Platinum: Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

The try-out evaluation will determine which of the 3 Team programs is the best fit for your child.

To schedule your try-out evaluation, please either contact the office or schedule on-line by clicking the Purple button below.  Evaluations are $30.00.  ​

Gymnasts who have prior competitive experience under the USAG are welcome and the evaluation is waived. Gymnasts from USAIGC, JOGA, or Tops must still schedule a try-out evaluation.
