Arrival Time:  Doors open at 3:30pm.  Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the Showcase

 

Attire:  All participants must arrive DRESSED in their Showcase attire. (Girls-Hair pulled back)

 

Seating: It does not matter where you sit.  Once the show begins you and your guests will be free to move within the viewing boundaries for a better view of your gymnast throughout the length of the show.  Following your child’s group in this way, is perfect for close up photos as he/she moves from one event circuit to another during the show.

 

Gymnast Check-In:  Gymnasts will check in as they normally do each week and receive a basket for their belongings. All spectators can continue into the gym and will be directed to their gymnasts area while the children check in with their teachers in the lobby.

 

Cameras, Purses & Personal Belongings: As you will be moving about the gym, chairs will be removed to clear pathways, we highly recommend that personal items are kept with you at all times.

 

Restrictions & Precautions: *The Norwood Fire Department safety laws WILL NOT permit Strollers in the gym.  Toddlers and infants are NOT recommended to attend.   The $9.95 ticket fee will be charged even for infants.  Small children can be inadvertently stepped on or bumped by adults who are moving about the gym while filming the performing gymnasts. In order to enjoy your child’s special day to the fullest, *Please make arrangements for younger siblings. Paragon’s facility is handicapped accessible.
