DOT
As part owner, Dot has enjoyed many years, watching Paragon Grow and change to meet the needs of customers, students, and staff. Dot has recently discontinued instructing Parent- Tot through kindergarten classes to give more attention to her role as Staff and Facility Director, but she keeps current with teaching as a Substitute and Class Assistant when needed. Dot's primary objective is to ensure that Paragon places the customers and students first and foremost. In order to do this, Dot strives to incorporate safety and fun, with an excellent staff who are warm and caring, into a welcoming atmosphere for all that cross through Paragon's doors.

RACHAEL
Rachael is devoted to ensuring that all of her students learn and enjoy gymnastics and gain confidence through her instruction. She wears many hats as our Floor Manager, Meet Director, Team Head Coach, and as a weekend Birthday Party Manager. Her unique teaching style produces competitive team champions, and also ensures that her class students are learning, focused, and engaged while having fun. Rachael is also highly requested by many of our students for classes, private instruction, and for choreography routines. Rachael is trusted and loved by all over her students and is truly passionate about watching the children she instructs become gymnasts who progress and grow through gymnastics.

JENN
Jenn is a motivating instructor who strives to give each of her students the confidence it takes to achieve their goals and feel a sense of accomplishment. Jenn's class environment is encouraging, uplifting and focused on each student's individual goals. Her motto is "If you believe in yourself, you can do anything as long as you put a little hard work into it." Jenn uses this philosophy to connect with each student and build their self esteem as the first foundation for working towards their aspirations. Jenn is highly requested for classes and private lessons. She instructs Parent-Tot classes through High School. In addition to class instruction, Jenn is a Panther Team Coach for levels 1 through 5, a Cheer-Tumbling Coach for beginner through advanced tumblers, a weekend Birthday Party Manager, and Head of Marketing and Web Design. She clearly exhibits a genuine desire to help her students improve their gymnastics skills through building their self esteem. She continually states how much she loves working with her students which is evident each time she receives and proudly displays each drawing, note of fondness, or home made treat from so many of her students.

AMYE
Amye is a caring instructor that strives to give each of her students a positive experience that goes beyond gymnastics. Her goal is to develop self esteem through her instruction and create fond memories through her class environment. She instructs Parent-Tot classes through High School. In addition to class instruction, Amye is a Panther Team Coach for levels 1 through 5, a Cheer-Tumbling coach for beginner through advanced tumblers, and an Assistant Coach for all levels of our USAG Competitive Paragon Team. Students enjoy Amye's classes and trust her guidance. She brings out the best in her students and is highly requested as an instructor and is well liked by everyone.
