Rachael's expertise and knowledge comes from a long history in the world of gymnastics and she is extremely experienced in many areas of this sport.  She has been working at Paragon for 12 years, but began her love for gymnastics as a competitive gymnast at the age of 8.  Rachael received numerous awards during her competitive years.  SHe was a state and regional champion, trained through level 10, and was one of only ten candidates who were selected for Gymnast of the Decade of Bergen County.  Rachael trains levels 4 through 9 and has produced may state champions.  She also coaches on the regional level.  Rachael's achievements as a Director, Manager and Mentor of children are many.  Her dedication to the sport of gymnastics and her passion for the children she mentors is sincere and genuine.
