All instructional & tumbling class students are welcome to participate in the annual Showtime event. Gymnastics is all about learning specific skills and then putting them together to form a routine as part of our curriculum. All students learn a routine on each event in the spring. Students demonstrate their routines in our Showtime event at the end of the year.
The Show From Start To Finish
Each child who signs up to be in the show is placed into a squad for their age & ability. When the gymnast arrives for the show, they proceed to the Gymnast Check-In for a squad number and then are escorted to have their complimentary photo taken and are also escorted to their assigned squad for warm-up. (Parents are directed to the seating area closet to their gymnast's squad)
The show begins with the National Anthem and a brief description of what to expect.
During the show, the gymnast performs routines with his/her squad on each circuit. The spectators are free to move about the gym for a closer view and to enjoy taking photos, clapping & cheering.
